The service you are accessing to is supplied by TM.C. spa Termomeccanica Compressori (hereinafter “TMC”). Every user who submits the registration form ticking the “I accept” box, declares that he has attentively read and explicitly accepted the Conditions and Terms of Use regarding this service and that he accepts handling of the personal information he provides.

1.	Acceptance of the service, approval and purpose of information handling
When accepting the service, the user explicitly approves the handling of his personal information by TM.C. Spa Termomeccanica Compressori with registered office in Via del Molo,3 19126 La Spezia, Italy, who – according to par. 13 Order in Council 196/2003 – as holder of the handling, informs that the personal information provided by the user, will be handled for password issuing as well as for commercial promotion purposes, such as market researches, interactive commercial communications, economic and statistic analysis, commercial information, dispatch of information / promotion packs, gathering of customer satisfaction information.

2. Communication and handling terms
For the purposes indicated at point 1. the personal information may be communicated by TMC to other companies belonging to Termomeccanica Group, of which TMC is a member, as well as outside companies TMC makes use of, for the accomplishment of the a.m. purposes. All information is gathered and recorded legally and accurately for the a.m. purposes and will be handled, also by electronic means (or automated) and by apposite data banks, in order to guarantee secrecy and confidentiality of the information itself.

3. Users’ rights
All persons the personal information refer to, are entitled to know in every moment whether their personal information is recorded or not, which information is recorded and origin of this information. They have also a right to check correctness or require integration, update or change (par. 7  Order in Council 196/2003).
According to the a.m. par., persons whose personal data are recorded have a right to require cancellation, conversion into anonymous form or blocking of information handled in violation of law, and in any case to refuse, for legitimate reasons, information handling.

All requests have to be sent to TM.C. SpA Termomeccanica Compressori – via del Molo, 3 – 19126 La Spezia – Italy – to the attn. of the Privacy Authority.
